At Lumistry, every piece is carefully selected for quality, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and materials included.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
